This project took much longer than we thought due to foundation issues, which significantly extended the timeline and scope of the work, but Rich never made us feel rushed. He even lent one of his tools to help us determine when the hardwood was ready to be installed. We are already contracting Rich again to help replace and paint some of the walls where the floor was replaced, and we'll certainly reach out whenever we are in need of his services. "Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job!
