"I had an issue with my water softener which was looked at by two companies. The first company automatically said to replace. TMO saw that the problem was valves were turned off and opened them. They took water samples from my well and came back after the softener was working for a few days and retested. The softener was working so no work was needed There was no charge not even a service call fee. They were professional and knowledgeable and I will definitely hire them for any future plumbing needs"

His ethics are unmatched and did not deviate at all from his original quote for the initial job. From the day he started, you could tell Gustavo's primary objective was to ensure 100% satisfaction when it comes to quality and value. There was a fair amount of structural work such as removing a load bearing wall and replacing it with a complicated support beam. The final result looked like the house was originally built like this. So from the structural elements all the way down to the bathroom tile grouting everything was done with expert precision. Was also amazed to see how tidy his crew kept the house and cleaned up every single day and didn't damage a thing during the 6m renovation. He even helped out with minor things around the house outside of the renovation project which he did with full care. Couldn't recommend Gustavo and his team more.
