"Mike was very committed to helping us in a time of need. He worked with the insurance in properly quoting the work to accomplish the work needing to be done from the fire. This was too much for us to deal with on our own. We do not wish to ever have a fire again, but if we ever need to hire AHW again for remodeling we definitely would. "Efrain and David are fantastic! When our contractor was suddenly unable to continue with the job, David took over with a great positive attitude. He persistently worked with the city to get the building permit, finally ending a tedious 10 month process. Crews were here working every day. Each one of them was considerate, conscientious, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Efrain and David communicated with us most days and were always accessible to us. My ADU is adorable and just what we wanted and I am sure that many contractors could have pulled it off. The important thing about Olalde is that they truly care and honestly want us to be happy."
