He noticed I had a fence on my property mind you the fence has been up there for five years And heâ s just now noticing it even though he has other clients on my street. Seeding is less expensive up front compared to sod installation. However, sod provides an instant lawn with minimal maintenance, while seeded lawns require extended care and can take up to two years to fully establish.
