After evaluating the project, he suggested saving the lumber and fixing the joists instead of scrapping the existing materials. His work was excellent and he communicates very well as the project goes along, checking in daily with updates and pinging me as problems pop up, there is always something with older homes. I have since hired him to build a 60-foot fence, do plumbing in my house, and help me solve an irrigation issue. All of these projects went smoothly and cost-effectively. I highly recommend him and plan on using him for my next project!"

"Called for an estimate for an older garage door. When he arrived, he would not approach the house I had to get his attention inside his truck. His visit took 20 minutes. He took a very brief look at the door, took a couple measurements, said door is non repairable and was quick to ask for the 70 dollar service fee, leaving me the only option to pay for a full door replacement for 8k with no other solution or even interest in fixing the door. The lady on the phone made it seem plausible you get service fee reduced if repairs could be made. He just did not have any interest or make any effort in repairing the door or reducing the service fee even though he only glanced at it. Quite a hefty fee for 350 dollars an hour for a door assessment. I do not recommend this business."

They did a great job then and a great job again. Their technician (Aidan) arrived on time, knew what he was doing and did a great job.
