"Our system was not cooling and we needed it checked for all issues that could be causing it. The technician did incomplete checks and declared the issue was just that the plug was not in place, he did not give us an estimate for approval, he directly billed us to pay $275 for putting the plug in place. After a few days the issue with our cooling reappeared, he came back and mentioned there could be leak but refused to check where the leak was without another payment. When he came the first time he should have at least checked our system properly for the $275 he charged us. They just declared everything is good without even checking with the meter."

"Do not hire, this is a man will take your money and do nothing to earn it. I asked him to paint my walls white,he painted them blue. I asked him to hang up a TV. He hung it up sloppy. I asked him to change the plug outlets, he didn’t even check to see if they worked before leaving and of course, 90% of them did not work anymore. He changed my light fixtures created new holes and left cracks all through the drywall where my lights were initially at. I’m not mad at the workers. I’m mad at him because if he was a better leader and did better they would do better. He even lied about having to sand down a wall before painting over it. As the job was close to being “done.” I called him and his workers called him and he was three hours late picking them up. I felt so bad I gave them something to eat and drink because it was past dinner time. When he came and finally picked them up. It looks like he was dressed for the club, which explains his priorities. I called to ask when he’d come over to fix every he messed up and re replied say “tomorrow at 2pm”. He was a no call no show even til this day. I painted my own walls that came out white, I fixed my plug outlets that now work.
