I am an owner operated carpentry and maintenance service with 35 years of knowledge and experience. I work inside and outside. Working on any building from top to bottom. I have built new homes and remodeled all rooms in old homes. I build, install, patch, paint and fix most anything.
"Darin from House & Home contracted with us for a project which was a fairly small job at the beginning. My dental office Signature Smile Designs in both Bradford and Smethport was sorely in need of repainting of ramps and strengthening of those ramps. Darin was respectful and worked ho*** ** that early project. The results were very good. Because of the result, I expanded the entire project especially in Bradford. He has maintained his respect and poise through this challenging renovation of a building built in the 1930’s. He has put in two new bathrooms, a new basement floor, new treatment rooms were updated and much more. He has performed at the highest level! Continuing, he has painted inside, put new cabinets in , and even leveled two very off level floors in two rooms. That project was done with attention to detail and was technically a very difficult task… He got them back to level and we will benefit from his hard work.. "Excellent. I can always count on Mike's honesty and quality. We thought we could just repair a door sill and frame... but the door really needed to be replaced.. is was misshapen and not even locking correctly. He discussed everything with me first. He got me an economic but quality door and charged a reasonable price for installation. I also have a basement door that is near a drain and it was allowing water to come in. Mike advised me on cleaning up the drain and he was ingenious in his solution of cutting off the existing door and raising the floor sill with treated lumber and caulking it all. I have had no water issues there since and my garage back door is beautiful and completely secure now. I highly recommend My Builders Inc for any kind of repair or construction job. (cost of service included all materials and labor and clean up!)"
