"Two years ago Turnkey installed a new AC unit in my house. I've never used the heating component until now. I found out that Turnkey NEVER INSTALLED THE GAS LINE TO THE UNIT OR THE FLUE! How in the world could this happen? What the hell kind of half-*** workmanship is this? I had no idea about this until my AC guy showed it to me. I would never recommend this company to anyone!"

The lack of reliability, responsiveness, and the recurring nature of these issues make it clear that this company is not deserving of your trust.
