Our cleaners are e-verified (required for ALL employers in Arizona), background-checked, bonded and insured for your protection. We pay all employment taxes and workers compensation insurance for our employees. The teams drive company-owned vehicles and arrive at your home or office in uniform, with all necessary supplies, ready to work! We were the first cleaning company to "go green" and we use several products created using only electrolyzed water. We serve the greater Phoenix area including Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Carefree, Anthem, Fountain Hills, Glendale, Peoria, and Surprise.
"Cleaning was generally OK, except the mirrors were usually streaked and the ladies moved absolutely NOTHING during the cleaning. However, they were flexible about changing/canceling scheduled visits when we had to travel, the lady on the phone was always pleasant, and most of the cleaners were friendly. About a year ago, we had an incident where a newer employee wearing the backpack vacuum cannister backed into my brand-new refrigerator, putting a sizeable dent in the door. We called the company and left a message, but we never heard anything back from management. We removed as much of the dent as possible, but it is still visible today. Despite that, we tried to overlook the lack of responsiveness from the company in this instance. Then, this past July, my wife placed a set of jewelry into her unlocked jewelry armoire in her upstairs closet (which the ladies had no business being in), and the jewelry (worth $12,000) went missing right after the Maid Brigade visit. Unfortunately, due to the company's COVID protocol, management demanded that we stay downstairs when the ladies were upstairs and vice versa, so we were completely unable to watch what they did while they were working. We know it was taken by one of the workers because, between when my wife placed the jewelry in the armoire and when she went to retrieve it, NO ONE had been in our house except for the one visit by Maid Brigade (we live alone, had no visitors, and our house is alarmed and has cameras on the exterior). Maid Brigade contacted their insurance company right away (who was critical of us for not having a camera in my wife's closet), but it is now October and we have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from the management or from their insurance company in the past 60+ days. Thank goodness we had insurance on the jewelry, so it covered all but $2,680 of the replacement costs, which we apparently must now cover on our own. LESSON: buyer aware! We had been with the company for 5 years and expect better support than this. Instead, as soon as there was a problem, they absolutely forgot who we were. They say they're licensed and bonded, but good luck recouping ANYTHING on any loss or damage that occurs during one of their visits. Based on other reviews I've read, we're not the first people with such a problem. In the meantime, we found another cleaning company that costs $5 less per visit, that cleans mirrors beautifully, and actually moves things on the counters to clean behind and under them, including moving tables and chairs! We strongly shop around before going with Maid Brigade, as you can do much better for cheaper and at much less risk."
