"This was the first time I used Home Advisor and I sure was pleased. The water (in the door) dispenser stopped working & I drink a lot of water every day. I looked online & saw service calls from $60 to $75. Then had to check the BBB & found that their rating system didn't make sense. So I decided to give Home Advisor a try & am I ever glad. Laron from Loe's Appliance called within 10 mins & made an appointment for the following day. He came out within the appointed time & of course he tries the water & it works. He then explains to my husband & I what might be going out is the control board & that could be between $200 to $250 or it could be a connection that is 50 cents. We were going to get the control board, but Laron said that he doesn't like to just stick parts on anything just to try. We discussed things further & said he wasn't going to charge us a service call because it was working when he came out. Then he gave us his card & asked to give him a call if we need to. Boy were we surprised & you can bet we definitely will!! My husband & I are on social security & sure don't have much money to be spending on things. Laron definitely helped & we will definitely will call when the fridge goes out. Thank you Home Advisor!"
