"My water heater stopped working. Lion's technician recommended replacement as the best solution. He put pressure on me to make decision. New heater was installed worth over $13,000, which I have to take loan for. After technician left, new heater stopped working also. I called an electrician to check the electric outlet that supply electricity to the heater. It did not work properly. He replaced it and the new heater started to work. In conclusion, I lost $13,000 unnecessary, as well as my previous nice heater that very likely was still working well. I am very sad for this loss. It hurts me financially."

"He and his helper did very well indeed. He chose the right water heater to fit in a very restricted place, got the obstructions out of the way in short order, And he and his helper lifted it out, put it on a dolly, and took it to their truck. (I had saved some time by draining the old heater with a garden hose). The new one went directly in, they replaced the cold water valve, reconfigured the chimney to fit, and got it done. The service was quick, communication excellent, installation well-tested, and the price was reasonable, coming out $150 less than I was quoted. I am very satisfied with the job."
