The team took this install on last minute on a holiday weekend and worked fast , and efficiently The removal of the old fence was done quickly and cleanly—they took care of all the debris and left the area spotless. The new installation was just as smooth. The crew paid great attention to detail, made sure everything was level and secure, and completed the job . "

I initially thought the original placement would work, but after seeing it in person, I realized it wouldn't. Jarrod moved the post, per my request, without any complaint and completed the aluminum fence installation in a timely manner. One top rail was slightly damaged during the install, but after I called, Jarrod came out and replaced it promptly. I would definitely use him again."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
