We have extensive knowledge of Benjamin Moore's product lines, and utilize that to customize a plan to take the customer from beginning to completion of their vision for their home. "Not well. In general, the painting was sloppy. Globs of paint were found around the trim work. Spackle was not sanded full smooth and then painted over, leaving the walls not looking smooth. Paint was splash on the cabinets, door handles and hardware, and floors. They left debris in every room that they worked in that we had to clean. They also put chalk between the ceiling and cabinets in the kitchen when it wasn't asked for and when it looked terrible, the owner removed it and scraped the ceiling significantly, then had to be asked to fix his mess. In the end, that area looked worse than it did before the job. This is not a company that respects your house and puts care into their work to make your house better."

The painters were so great to work with, they were very respectful of our house, their attention to detail when spackling and painting created a professional painted finish - AND, they finished sooner than expected… what more could you ask for? Also, I completely trusted them in the house, since I had to come and go I made a key for them with no worries whatsoever. When I first contacted them via Angi, they called and arranged an estimate within 24 hours. PS: I got estimates from three companies but knew as soon as I met Tim I was confident I’d found the right company for the job. I was right."

Due to many unfortunate circumstances, we needed this job to be started and completed in a time-sensitive fashion (started within 7 days). Multiple companies scoffed at our time frame, saying that they could not start and finish a project so quickly. Finally, I found Five Star Painting. Bob at Five Star Painting informed me that he would be able to make an exception due to our situation, despite the current typical start time of 14 days. He made the necessary accommodations and completed the work quickly and at the time that we agreed. The only downside was that the initial paint job was not as clean as I had hoped, with some paint splatters (spots) on the door and window frames and moldings. I called Bob to express my dismay, and he quickly rectified the situation in a timely fashion. He drove to our home and made sure that all the blemishes were corrected and the paint job was truly pristine! It's easy to see that Bob runs a business where customer satisfaction is the top priority. I contacted him whenever I needed; never did I spend hours or days waiting for a reply. Communication was rapid and painless. He followed through on every agreement and commitment he made.
