He responded quickly to our inquiry, stopped over to evaluate the job and then provided a reasonable estimate within 24 hours. The work was completed within four business days as estimated. He is very reliable, knowledgeable and easy to work with and showed up to work everyday on time. He also brought his son to help who was very courteous and friendly. They did a high quality and outstanding job on the staircase and clean up. We were very happy. We have already talked about hiring him for more jobs in the future. "The owner, Tito, and primary construction engineer came to my home to provide an estimate. They were kind and prompt and gave me options based upon my desires for my deck. And this was a deck redo from some prior shoddy work done by another company. They did not pressure me and overall seemed to want to provide a professional service and make it better. The next day, I had an email to provide a specific estimate . Tito remained available via email text or phonecall. They stuck to their estimated start date and kept in touch for any rain delays. They saved my pergola from the work of another contractor ....something they did not have to even try to do for me. I also asked for a privacy wall adjustment just prior to construction. "What Frank and Eric actually did was a renovation of my very old, outdated, kitchen. They did a removal of a drop ceiling, repaired original ceiling with drywall, installed recessed lighting as well as a new modern light above sink, painted the kitchen, installed new cabinets along with a kitchen pantry and a new kitchen floor. They also replaced electrical outlets as well as installed new appliances I ordered. The work that Frank and Eric performed deserves the highest rating a person could receive.
