I unfortunately opend the door and talked to the lady and made the mistake of giving her my number for possible future renovations. The next day I received a call asking to set up an appointment. I said I was not interested at the moment, if I needed their services in the future I would contact them. This company has been harassing me by phone ever since. I've received 16 calls in a 10 days. If this company is an established reputable business then they should not need to knock on doors and harass people for business. Tell tale sign that something is definitely wrong with this business."

Many were alleviated before or as I posed the concern. Jake did a wonderful job quickly following up on any little questions or concerns. The labor crew was excellent. They were a wonder to observe : efficient, clean, mannerly. Extra to the roof project was a custom built top chimney cage and a problematic gutter and downspout section. We were very pleased with the company's handling of incidentals."

We specialize in wood replacement windows and doors though we also do vinyl and fiberglass. Our installers are employees of the Company and do not use any subcontractors. We have received certifications from Pella, Andersen and Marvin and are certified by the EPA in lead. We are fully insured including workman's comp. We have been in business since 1973 and have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are licensed with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

We had all of the windows in our home replaced with ‘new construction’ Andersen Windows including all interior trim at a cost closer to what we were being quoted for vinyl replacement windows. The measurement and ordering process was very low pressure and the windows were delivered and installed on schedule. The installation crew was professional and clean and did high quality work. I’d highly recommend Window Installation Specialists."
