"Kris came an evaluated the problem and clearly explained why my garage opener wasn't working. After discussing replacement options, I decided to go with his suggestion -- he took care of the ordering and we scheduled date/time to remove/install the opener. "I was having trouble getting my garage door to close (turns out it was a sensor), so I called L & S Garage Door Services - who had helped me with my garage door a month prior.  Again - answered immediately and even walked me through a few things in case it was something I could adjust myself.  However, that did not work and an appointment was made for service.  Ken came out on a Saturday to troubleshoot my problem.  Turns out it was a bad sensor that needed replacing.  After some discussion and assessing my current garage door opener, I chose to replace the entire garge door opener and sensors.  Ken was able to come out the following Saturday and did the job in under 2 hours at a price that was more than reasonable.  I truly value L & S Garage Door Services - they are the best contrators out there!  Answer the phone, show up on time, professional, personable, clean (and they did not leave a mess - not ONE thing!), prompt, responsive.  I love my new wi-fi garage door opener!  So cool and so quiet!  I would recommend L & S Garage Door Services to anyone - I am keeping them in my favorites!"
