The crew was led by Hugo and they were both fast and efficient. All the guys were very nice too. Nothing was broken. Walls weren't scratched. When they got to the new house they placed plastic down wherever there was carpeting (even though we told them we're replacing it). Overall, it was a great experience."

They imparted clearly ahead of appearance and kept me informed regarding their estimated time of arrival and got right to work after showing up inside the scheduled window. Everything was removed from my fifth-floor walk-up right away and shown up at my new apartment precisely at the booked time. "Overall, very good. The booking process was very easy and straight forward. Loved the follow-up call on the day before. On the day of the move, the "stormy" weather produced a few hiccups, ie: they arrived 45 minutes after the window time frame and 1 box must have slipped and dropped with all the rain bc 4 dishes were broken in one box, but the Manager came to our house to help finish off the move and definitely sped up the process which was a great end to our story. Tyler is amazing; he is very professional and very nice!! Rafael and the other guys worked VERY hard as well. I would TOTALLY use them again!!"
