"Though the gutters were cleaned in December after the leaves had fallen, this spring of 2024 the gutters were over flowing!! I texted David regarding this issue he said they check the downspouts using a leaf blower. This spring I noticed no apparent debris from the downspouts being blown out. David said that my house is surrounded by trees and the downspouts are probably blocked again. This is 4 months later!! What would be blocking the gutters from draining. He said he'd come out but would have to charge me again, again for a service I paid for that wasn't completed properly in December. Would not recommend or use again."

"My husband and chose this company to replace our roof several years ago. It has been a very poor experience from the start. The company does not call when they need to reschedule and shows up whenever they please with no communication. They do not return phone calls and do not share what work was completed when doing repairs. We paid for a high quality roofing materials as our house had a roof that was currently leaking. After replacing the entire roof the leak continued and after many phone calls and repairs it was finally fixed a year later. We currently have another leak due to an improperly place vent that is causing a leak on our back porch windows. Yet again they were scheduled and did not show up to complete the job. We constantly have to call to find out when the job will be completed. Still waiting for a call back and we are currently in the process of trying to sell our home, making this all the more frustrating."

"Paid for gutters and gutter guards on the entire house. Gutters started overflowing and I had to get up on my 2 story roof to check it out. Sure enough there were no guards on about 60 feet of gutter. I called and texted, and he actually called me back and said he would be over by end of the week to finish the job. It has been 3 weeks now. Make sure you check their work before you pay them!! I will take this down if he comes and finishes what I paid him for."
