"I used this company once before. It was satisfactory so I decided to use them again. Yesterday, at 6:15am, I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing regarding an emergency broken pipe in my front yard. The dispatcher told me they would send someone out as an urgent call. Then she informed me it could be between 8am and 12pm. I again informed her that the emergency was that water could possibly come into my home. She told me yes; she would mark the call as urgent. I then called Polk County utilities to shut off my water. They arrived at 8:20am and was able to turn off the water. I was patiently waiting for Benjamin Franklin to arrive and at 11:30am I received a call saying that now no one could be here till 3PM. I then said I would go to a Dr. Appointment I had and would be back before the 3PM appointment. At 3:30pm, I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing, and they now told me I would have to wait till 6pm. I said to the dispatcher I been waiting just about 12 hour I cancelled the call."

"In the beginning I was calling because my toilet kept backing up and my shower would gurgle which scared the crap out of me. CASS came out the SAME DAY I called and OH BOY I was nervous, when Brian said, a mess down there and my cables are stuck. This issue won't get repaired tonight, but my supervisor will be here tomorrow. morning . On the second day, sure enough the Supervisor ROLAND did come out. He was in the trenches along with his employee Luis and did not leave until the first part was repaired. Come to find out ALL the POC in my crawl space was DESTROYED, unbeknownst to me. So here we go, now there would have to be a major POC install. UGH!! The following Friday two different plumbers came. They were on it from 10a-3p. Very nice and communicative. It may have taken three CASS visits, but everything is working 100%. I literally met 6 plumbers and spoke to three assistants. EVERY employee was a blessing. Thank you, CASS Team!! A. "When I called, they answered right away and when I explained the problem, I was told that they would be at my house between 12 - 1 pm. They were at the house before 12:30, and fixed the problem right away (the water tank bladder had broken). Now we have a bigger perfectly working tank - and our water pressure is better than it's ever been (I have a feeling the bladder had damage to it when we moved in, because the pressure was never good). The only problem is that when the phone was answered, I heard a voice say it was an Angie's list customer. However, we didn't get the 5% discount. Although, I did not print out the coupon and forgot to tell my husband about it. Either way, their service was prompt and well done. Thank you!"

"Nabil was very good and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. The quality of the work was excellent, everything was completed in a timely fashion, faster than anticipated. If we had an issue he took care of it with no problem. He did our kitchen, all of the floors, and the guest bathroom vanity. We will be using him again for the master bathroom."
