"Jamie came when scheduled, he had the tools and materials needed to get my gutters firmly bolted on to my house with the proper length bolts needed ( which had not happened with a previous company) . "We hired Comfort Home improvements to replace all siding, windows, soffit & facia, and two sliding patio doors on our home. This was a big project for us and we had installers on site for two weeks or more in total. They were all friendly and professional, willing to answer any questions, and asked our opinion, where needed, about how things might be finished. At the end of the project everything had been properly finished and carefully cleaned up. They demonstrated pride in their work and it shows in the finished product. Steven, the owner, was great to work with. He communicates very well and was quick to respond to any calls. "Paramount Pros ended up doing a good job on new gutters, painting wood soffit & fascia, and trim around sliding patio doors. However, they no-showed the first two times I had them scheduled without calling, and took more than a month to complete a fairly simple job, probably because they were waiting on a supplier. I would know for sure if they were better communicators. I had to call and ask questions. I also had to have them come back a couple of times to finish jobs correctly. In the pick two dilemma - price, speed, or quality - they're good for price and quality if you are patient and diligent about following up. If you need it done fast and right the first time, find someone else and be prepared to pay a higher price."
