He began his transition with a nursery business, and gradually took the steps to add crew, develop expertise, and ultimately create a premium pool and landscape design-build business. Chuck has cultivated a team of skilled craftspeople who have remained with the organization since its early years. They are exceptionally dedicated and passionate about their unique contributions to each project. Chuck considers himself to be someone who derives so much enjoyment from what he does that it doesn't feel like work. When he's not at his drawing board, in the field measuring a job, or working with clients, he can be found on the tennis court.

He listened to my ideas (make my yard look like Ohio in the Fall), good drainage, drought tolerant plants, attract hummingbirds, while sticking with my color selection, installing a split rail fence, I love my yard! I have had neighbors I don't know, from a block away, stop when driving by and I'm in my yard, and tell me how great it looks and they enjoyed watching the progress. His crew showed up when they said they would and each day of work, they cleaned up so the driveway was spotless. If I had another yard, I'd hire Earthwise Industries in a second! Even though the work is completed, as I've had questions come up about plant care, I reach out to James and he is quick to respond with instructions on what to do. "The job is to do pavers and fake grass front and backyard after few months weeds coming on the fake grass and pavers. Vinny landscape said its normal. My neighbor has turf grass but no weeds coming up. I'm holding $500 of payment so they fix it. They the best they can do is to spray the weed and they have to do it every 6 months and I have to pay. The reason I put pavers and fake grass us to avoid the weeds. So the project is useless."
