"I recently searched for a contractor to remodel various rooms in my home in Lafayette, California. After interviewing several contractors, my cousins in Walnut Creek recommended Avi Matalon, RMO of Creation 7. They had Avi rebuild a guest house on their property which had been demolished by a large fallen Oak Tree. After seeing Aviâ s work and meeting with him, I hired him immediately. Avi and his team worked professionally, were most respectful of my home and did an outstanding job on my project. As construction projects go, we ran in to various issues throughout the job, such as Asbestos, which required professional abatement, an issue on the other side of our home completely unrelated, needing immediate attention due to the rain, and the ability to obtain siding which was no longer made. Avi was able to deal with and take care of all issues that came up during the remodel without incident. Avi always put me first in terms of ensuring I was kept informed and was comfortable with the work being done. He remained proactive throughout the project and visited my home some weeks daily to ensure all was going to perfection. "Omid and his team built a brand new bathroom in my home. The work was complicated as the home was just built in 2020. The foundation was concrete as thick as 18 inches with post tension cables running through. Omid laser mapped everything and determined the depth of plumbing through precise calculations. His team worked very carefully excavating through the concrete to then go 6 feet deep and access the main plumbing line and then perform all the work to connect the rest of the new plumbing, required by the new bathroom. Omid also utilized the space to the maximum and the bathroom looked much bigger than I had initially thought. The finishing was splendid with octagonal marble tiles aligned to perfection, additionally Omidâ  s team worked on extending storage spaces under the stairwell to further maximize storage value for us. I would highly recommend Omid. He and his team worked round the clock and even on weekends. I was really impressed by their schedule. I have heard horror stories where contractors leave work in the middle of the project or take up multiple assignments and only spend a few hours a day. But with Omid I was pleasantly surprised by the 8 hour work days and when they were running behind they were coming over weekends as well. Great job done at the end!!"
