"Arrived more than 30 minutes late. Price was too high for two hours labor. I got a whole set of tires for my car for less. The plumber was very nice but a little sloppy. When finished there were silicone fingerprints on the sink and counter top, and silicone seal all the way around the sink edge. I am scraping and rubbing it off. Also he punched a hole in the bottom of the cabinet although granted the bottom had been weakened by water damage in the past. I did get a â senior discountâ plus 50 dollars off but the price was still too high."

"Legend Plumbing crew was within the time window agreed, laid out the service actions, costs and what plan b would be in plan a did not work before starting. Turns out he was able to unclog the line with about 40 ft of snake line and was no need for further work. Plumber was polity and communicated well. They also cleaning our sewer line. "I am a widow and a little ignorant on some home repairs. My house was built in the late 1950's or 60's. The outside is half brick and siding. I was watering my lawn one evening when I noticed that a portion of my brick wall was wet leaving a small puddle of water on the ground ( my bathroom shower is on the other side). I panicked. I did not know any plumbers and I'm afraid of being taken advantage off, so I joined Angie's List.I found Medina's Best Plumbing which is not far from my house. He was very professional and he explained the pausable causes of the leak,one being that he might have to break into the concrert floor, which would have been a very costly repair. The leaks were located between the walls of the shower so he did have to make a hole in the wall to repair 2 leaks . I had my bathroom remodeled about 3 years ago so that was one of my main concerns. He installed a larged decorative cover plate to cover the hole and my shower looks like new again. He did do a beautiful job. I am very satisfied with the work done. I also had my outside faucets leaking and those were replaced. My water pressure was too high and that was taken care of also. I would recommend Medina"s Best Plumbing ."

"The plumber was very prompt. He called @ 9 a.m. & said he would be here @ 10:30. He arrived promptly at 10:30, was friendly, professional and courteous and was able to identify the problem right away. The water heater was okay but the pilot was out. He showed me how to re-light the pilot. Unfortunately the service call was $75, a little pricey for re-lighting a pilot! I would, however, use this company again for any future plumbing issues."
