"I had a problem with the water pressure fluctuating. Come to find out, it was the holding tank. The professionals at Waterdrct came out (Dennis) promptly and found the tank was old and waterbound. They were like lightening (in a good way) and had the tank replaced in like 30 mins. These guys are GOOD !!! The water pressure was more than I thought the well could produce. "Probably the worst company we have ever worked with, a project that was meant to take 4 to 6 weeks, is now in month 8 - communication with the company is awful, they never reach out to us we always have to call them to find out what is going on (we have had them schedule contractors to come in (so they say) but the contractors never turn up (once I can see but it has happened 5 or 6 times now)) or when they do show up they only do half the work we were told they were going to do because they weren't told to do it (seems like a pattern here with communication). The subcontractors they hire do substandard work and has to be redone, they also managed to crack a propane valve causing a gas leak, beer cans left in the yard after they left (yes they were drinking on the job), deep scratches in wooden floor, put a hole in a door, put up a cabinet but didn't secure it to the wall so it fell out. Would I recommend them to anyone - I would recommend that you stay away from this company."

"This review is from a seller where an inspection was performed. The heat was not shut off after the inspection and my family and I walked into 90 degree temperatures because the heat was never turned off when the inspection was complete and it was on for 7 hours until we got home. In addition the mud room has a thermostat and electric heater and that was also left on high which we did not realize until the next day. In addition, to prove a point to a potential buyer he forced a hole through the wood in our detached garage reporting that there are signs of water damage. The garage is from 1930, there has been water in the garage especially when we had the hurricane last year but they could have just written that in the report not damage our property to prove a point. Coincidentally, the same inspector came back with another interested buyer and yet another piece of wood was pulled off from the garage. If that is not bad enough, the same inspector gave confidential information from a previous inspection to a new potential buyer which led to another buyer terminating the deal. I know this as our lawyer communicated with the potential buyers attorney and said that the inspector passed on information about a previous inspection he did at our house a week earlier.. in addition, our neighbor and friends were outside during the outside portion of the inspection and they heard the inspector give the potential buyers and their real estate broker information about the last inspection and what the other potential buyers said. So much for confidentiality."

"This review was 5 stars until about a week ago. I needed a new oil tank installed last year. C2G came out and performed the task. They were the most cost effective option so I went with them. The install was a success and the tank looks great. However, a couple weeks after I had to have them back out again to fix the leaking oil filter. They came out, tightened it, and it stopped leaking... for that period of time. Fast forward to this year and getting ready for the colder months. I noticed a small puddle underneath the filter, again. This would be the 3rd time I would have needed them to come out to repair it. At that point I question if it was installed correctly or not. I called them asking if they could come out, they said with a fee and showed opposition in understanding where I was coming from, saying I was outside of their 45 day guarentee. The lady I spoke with said she would speak to her supervisor and follow up with me. That never happened. I had to have a plumber over to my house, and luckily he was able to repair the leak. The rubber gasket was malformed inside, causing the slow leak. Despite a smooth install, I was really disappointed with how they treated a previous customer. They really didn't care that their work was sub-par. A newly installed oil tank should not be leaking a year later. I will not use this company again."
