"Had 10 zone Sprinkler system put in front and backyard last July. Luis and crew did outstanding job as far as getting the permits and so forth. Has to call him for a very minor situation They came out promptly and had issue resolved in 2 minutes. Waited till this time to give review as wanted to see how the winter months had any affect. The paint selection represented a significant color change and while other contractors were quoting one coat, Willard convinced me two were needed and he was right. The difference in quality comparing the previous paint job (I contracted it 10 years ago) to Personal Touch Contractors was significant. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work, the responsiveness to my needs, and the price. I almost didn't award the job to Personal Touch because I thought there quote was too low. It turns out they delivered great value at a very reasonable price. I will use them again."
