"Best experience, ever. In September a storm had damaged and pulled off vinyl siding on our home, I had never filed a claim on our homeowners before and had no idea what to expect. Filed the claim online and then started search for a siding company. Jeremy responded quickly, was very personable and explained the process that would take place with the insurance company and how he would help to get the insurance company to do the right thing and cover our entire siding replacement as the siding we had was old and could not be matched, he was spot on. Jeremy even spoke to our adjuster and came to our house to inspect the damage with the adjuster and advocate for us. He wasn’t pushy or trying to get us to sign a contract. I’ve always been told you should get at least 3 estimates so I did. We went with Sensible Home Products for many reasons; quality of previous jobs completed, Jeremy’s passion and insight on how to make our home look beautiful, his persistent efforts in dealing with our insurance company, and we also loved that all the work was done by his own guys and not contracted out. Jeremy’s crew started on time each day, were extremely polite, very proficient and did incredible work. At the end of each day things were clean and neat. The workers treated our home as if it were their own, a rarity these days. Jeremy called or stopped by almost everyday to check in with his crew and us to make sure we were happy with the work being done. "It went amazing! We also went ahead and did our roof(with a different company) and while the work for on the roof was good, the customer service was terrible. We immediately regretted not using Power for our roof replacement! The sales team at Power was honest and upfront, with no pressure sales, compared to other companies we talked with such as People's Home Remodeling(highly recommend avoiding this company, the meeting was TERRIBLE!!! and they lied about sales tactics and who knows what else). Power on the other hand was AMAZING!! The sales person we spoke to, Jeremy, was absolutely fantastic. The products matched what he promised and the installation team was prompt, worked hard, quickly, and efficiently. They even pointed out some glue that was on one of the windows, a small smudge that I did not even notice, and had a new window sent out and installed to replace it. "Excalibur did a fantastic job. I was initially concerned because the owner, who had done the estimate, was out of the country, but he was totally reachable the entire time, and his foreman, Ronnie, was great. In fact, the entire crew were really nice guys and did a very thorough job -- they even offered to help me with other projects I was working on around the house, and they helped out a neighbor who needed to put some sealant on her roof! It's not often that even your neighbors are pleased with your contractors; one of them even hired Excalibur to paint her porch because she saw what a good job they were doing on my house. All in all a good experience... Excalibur isn't the cheapest in town, but they earn their money and are very anxious to make sure the homeowner is pleased with the result."

"Roofing its something no home owner ever wants to do, but most have to go through. I won't even lie I wasn't even planning on getting a new roof, but Dale Knocked on my door and thats where the process started. My roof did go through insurance & aside from signing paper work/paying my deductible A1 handled everything. Obviously specific details from the insurance goes to you and then given to A1. Its not a short process and there is paperwork you have to sign, but all In all it did take me about 4 to 5 months where the process was started to roof replacement. Dale handled interactions with showing my the conditions of my roof and how to go about getting it put through the insurance. The only hiccup was that I have solar panels and I did feel like they where taken down to early (almost 5 months off), but I made my concerns known and one of the Managers called me and credited me $500 bucks (100 per month) that the panels where off. They did tell me setbacks in productions and things happen, but made me happy by giving me this credit. Didn't fight me on it, and didn't make me feel like I was just an insurance check on the other end. You can trust A1 home improvement with your home. I would like to thank Dale for his work & all the others that helped me throughout one of the most stressful process there can be for a house."
