The reason is that cleanliness and safety are our top priorities. We are on site every day until the job is completed. We have massive experience in indoor and outdoor renovations for your home. Indoors includes kitchens, bathrooms, basements, doors, windows, moldings, additions, and custom cabinet and shelving units of any size. Also, outdoors we build decks, covered porches, walkways, patios, and fire pits. We have built over 300 Koi ponds that have been featured in international magazines and huge pond tours. They built it from scratch, working with the town for permits and approvals. Finished on time and definitely within budget. Then after Hurricane Ida the basement flooded and with in hours was there to help pump out about 10" of water, set up fans and filters to dry it out. Then within a short time were back to totally redo the basement. I have recommended them to anyone who asks."

In most cases, you do not need to hire an architect for a garage conversion. An experienced garage conversion contractor usually has the skills to help create your desired design and ensure the project meets building codes. However, if your conversion involves complex structural changes or a large-scale redesign, hiring an architect can be beneficial. An architect can provide detailed plans and oversee the design to maximize space and functionality, ensuring the conversion aligns with your vision and complies with all regulations.
