I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman. Barry said he would sand, scrape & refinish the existing floor for $4000. His high energy, flooring knowledge and a communication was a welcome breath of fresh air. We decided on an English walnut stain and a Bona polyurethane in a Semi Gloss finish. The workers showed up on time, treated my house with respect, left it cleaner than they found it and when it was all finished Greg came by, walked thru the entire project and wanted to make sure I was completed satisfied before he took final payment. "The craftsmanship of the work was excellent. Thorough, professional job.  Their bid was on track, although I did ask for extras along the way (such as epoxying the lower 24 inches of the walls, and caulking the wall/floor joints and cinder block areas) -- which meant an extra couple of visits and therefore more labor hours -- which was completely understandable.  I'm very happy with the work, and I will likely use them again for many other jobs at two houses.

"Luis performed multiple projects including patching and painting damaged drywall, painting base of outdoor deck, placing saddles in a number of doorways, repairing damaged concrete floor and installing wood flooring, and adjusting the closing mechanism on a glass door by adjusting the hinges. His workmanship was excellent and he was very knowledgeable about all the details needed to accomplish a good result. I will be hiring him for all future house projects. I highly recommend him."
