"Upon receiving my bill I was charged for several things they did not do adding up to almost $100. Although it not much it adds up. Very disciplined I feel like they took advantage of the situation billed me for moving the washer which I did myself because the supervision that was out here sat in his car for 27 minutes talking on the phone with other clients. He also kept calling my insurance to get approval to remove the mold when I clearly told him I did not want their company to do it. He called several times without my knowledge."

"They were prompt in response. Unfortunately, by not raising the wood furniture to be out of water, It got permanently damaged. A large office desk, a triple console, a pedestal, 3 book cases, a queen size bed, and a nightstand swelled up and split. The technician attempted to move the bed and broke the head and footboard. He hid it behind beddings, instead of telling it. He "checked " the water content by putting 18 holes into one console. The owner of the company, Eli Marks, accepted responsibility for the broken bed only. However, he claimed not to find the first letter (1/14/25) and repair bill. The second letter (2/14/25) had no response. I called the company and talked w him. He stated to call the repairman and pay him directly. As of 3/12/25 he did not contact either the repairman or me and made no payment. He stated that it was not required of him to remove the wooden furniture from the water as it was not a customary preventive measure! I would not recommend this company"
