"Don't hire them. In April 2020 Team Roofing NW installed a new Poly glass torch down roof with a 5-year warranty. 3-1/2 years later it leaked so bad that the ceiling caved in. The foreman came out & said that the crew did a lousy job & that they were going to replace it, which they did. By the next heavy rain, it leaked again. They came out a couple more times & could not find the leak. After requesting the repairs 3 times I had no choice but to I hire a different Company to replace the whole roof. When I called & emailed Team Roofing NW to request payment for the job another company had to complete, they ignored me. Unfortunately, the only option I have at this point is to take them to court."

"I’m not quite sure what is taking so long to get any updates from this company. I’ve been waiting for an update on the siding being painted, touch ups they missed to be fixed, have their interior team fix the walls their crew punched nails through the wall, broke the frame of our kitchen window, and pick up the materials that have been blocking our driveway since the start of the project. It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."

We require full payment of your bill once your job is complete to your satisfaction. We provide full release of liens from our suppliers to you at time of final payment. We accept check, Visa, MC and have Same As Cash option and long term financing up to 10 years.

Communication was great all the way through, I really liked the text message updates. The crews were very polite, a pleasure to have around, I mean they all really were great! "Guardian advertises a "Gentle Wash" roof cleaning/moss removal process. Nothing could be further from the truth. In reality, they use an industrial strength air compressor and hire inexperienced, poorly trained, incompetent non-English speaking employees to perform this work. The result: While under a three (3) year contract, Guardian has destroyed my GAF 50 year guaranteed roof by shredding and removing the protective granules down to the asphalt itself. The damage is so extensive and widespread, it cannot be repaired. My roof needs to be entirely replaced at a cost of ~ $35K to $40K for a like kind of material. Guardian has attempted to mitigate the damage by inserting a new thin starter row shingle to "Hide" (not replace) the damage shingles around the entire perimeter of my home. This is an unacceptable remedy. I am awaiting for Guardian's attorney to respond to my request for compensation. Complaints also filed with BBB and the C of C."
