"Presidential Exteriors had door-to-door solicitors offering to schedule free estimates. I scheduled one. During the estimate evaluation, after surveying the exterior, the consultant (salesman) and I went into the attic, performed a cursory tour around the access area of the attic ladder, and found leaks and structural concerns (e.g. cracked trusses and water-damaged rafters). The consultant used the leak and structural concerns, in addition to the general estimated age of the roof, to push hard for the case replace the entire roof, with the promise and expectation that the roof installers would inspect the rest of the attic for any other potential structural issues we did not tour during the estimate evaluation. I accepted them for the job since I considered the issues serious enough to wrap up sooner than later. For the evaluation experience, think car dealership sales tactics but at the premises of your own home, e.g a call the manager to lower the price, same-day commitment discounts, etc. Their operation team called to schedule the job a week later. The roof installers came by two weeks after the evaluation, and 'finished' the job in two days. The work on the exterior roof itself looked good. However, even though I inquired multiple times about making sure they would inspect the internal structure while installing the new roof and was constantly assured they would, when I inspected the attic as the work crew was wrapping up on the second day, I found that even a number of internal structural issues that the consultant specifically pointed out were not addressed at all (the water-damaged areas were handled, however). In fact, during the install, they were more concerned about more trivial matters from my perspective, like removing cupolas and unused satellite dishes. Understandably, I was upset, and I called with this complaint. They sent the project manager out two days later and we went up to the attic and inspected the entire attic fully this time (I did an inspection of my own before the meeting). I asked if they had a structural engineer certify their repairs; they replied they do not, but adhered to best practices. They scheduled a crew to come out the next day. The second crew came, and I instructed them as to the work needed; they had a general sense of the job, but unfortunately not the specifics. They initially sistered one side of trusses that were cracked or weak/compromised; I requested that they sister both sides (I actually even discussed this with the project manager when he came earlier), and the crew obliged. I signed paperwork accepting the completion after verifying the work. Overall, the work done addressing the structural issues felt impromptu, though perhaps ultimately sufficient. Clearly, Presidential Exteriors has some communication issues across their operation. Make sure you know exactly what you want, and be ready to reiterate multiple times. They were interested in selling a roof and primarily only a roof, but used other related issues they have less experience with to sell the product - and initially did not even address those issues. I would have been much happier if they had referred/contracted a structural engineer to first handle/design the interior structure repair and then take on the roofing install and/or structure repair themselves. With regard to the workmanship of simply the new exterior roof itself, I have no complaints. However, they oversold their services in the end, which left a unpleasant aftertaste, despite me being ultimately satisfied that they performed the work agreed upon to the best of their ability."

The installers were polite and timely.  It was a late Friday afternoon and yet the man continued to stay at our home offering useful advise about maintaining, and using, our garage doors.  The installers left no trash behind.

"I called ABC Garage Repairs on the morning of 1/5/2015 to repair a garage door that had a frayed cable. The garage door was also operating with excessive noise and out of alignment.  I have two garage doors and both have not been serviced in about three years and each is used a number of times each day.  
 I spoke someone (cannot recall her name) at their offices who was very nice and scheduled a technician for the same day.  I asked if any of the offers on Angie's List (currently there are three) could be applied to the service and she said they would be flexible so that we could select the best deal once the technician assessed the repair and maintenance needs.
The technician, Sean, arrived within the service window provided by the offices and explained that my two garage doors each needed new rollers and a tune up and one needed a replacement cable.  Sean was polite and prompt and performed the work efficiently.  He also worked with me on using the Angie's List pricing to help with the cost of the service and repair on both doors.
Each door is now working smoothly and quietly.  Very happy with their level of service and pricing.

"Everything went excellent.  The estimator came out to my house and arrived right when he said he would.  He took a quick stroll around the house and measured the windows.  He gave me a quick pitch on the quality of the windows and then the price.  There wasn't any games or trying to up sell me on silly things like some of the other vendors.  Later that week the installers came out and did a much more through measurement of the windows and told me the job would take about six hours to complete. 
A couple weeks later I was called to say the windows had arrived and I scheduled them to come out later that week.  The installers arrived on time and went straight to work.  One thing I will say is the installers do A LOT of work.  I was a little worried through the process they were going to leave things unfinished, but they took care of everything before telling me they were finished.  As you are going through the process, keep the faith, it will all get finished.  They finished in about six and half hours, which is because one original window was installed improperly and they had a little extra work on it. 
I would not hesitate to recommend Supreme Window and Door to any of my neighbours, friends or family. 
On a side note, the first guy that came out to my house suggested that I get a triple pane window in what will be the nursery.  I decided to trust him and it was a great decision.  After the new window was installed I looked out it behind my house and saw some of the neighbourhood kids playing in the backyard.  It took me a second to realize I couldn't hear them!  The extra pane really cut down on the sound and I'm very glad he talked me into it.

We met with the salesman, we went to their showroom one time to look at some windows. Then we scheduled the installation. I can open the basement door now. They are very professional. They listened to our concerns and made recommendations. We told them what we wanted to do. They had a good variety of windows to choose from and we were very satisfied with their service. They were quick and efficient. If I was going to do anything more I would call them. Their price was competitive."
