Not only did he correct programming on sprinkler system, he check each zone, and found my rot board on my new fence covered a zone. YIKES! No wonder my grass has been dying. No hidden fees, no service charge, and quote never changed when Pedro finished the work!! $80.00 ..This is not a typo..$80.00. "Company was initally very professional and prompt to provide quote. Prices were a little higher than other quotes but reasonable. I had asked for a quote for a smaller scope and was given a price. I then asked if my patio and sidewalk could be added to the new quote for a discounted rate and was told no, which was fine. When I called to schedule, I was told the price was going to be an additional $50 dollars from the quoted rate because I wasn't including all the areas and I could "take it or leave it because he (Mr Orr) no longer wanted to do my project anyway because I begged for a discount" so he would no longer honor the rate he emailed me for the house only. It was a disappointing phone call considering he previously told me they pride themselves on 100% customer satisfaction. I hope that Mr Orr was simply having a bad day and does not treat all his customers this way simply because they have a small project. Prior to my phone call with him I was willing to pay the higher rate vs his competitors because I believed in his company. Now I am not so sure about his customer service guarantee if you are not a corporate customer."
