We have a very large roof which had old cedar shake (and as it turned out, some rotten plywood sheathing underneath) that needed replacing. We had three companies come out to give us bids. We selected Presidential comp, and scheduled the job. Matt and his crew hit the schedule perfectly, even finishing ahead of schedule. The crew was so efficient, and careful, and made sure not to leave a trace of the job on our property after each day of work. They were very respectful and friendly, and we felt very comfortable with them on our property for 4 days in a row. Matt was out multiple times daily to inspect the work, and ensure the safety of my family, and his crew. In the end, the finished product (new roof and underlayment, flashings, skylights, added structural support of an overhang, new sheathing, new ridge vent, and ice barrier in a spot where we saw buildup, etc), we couldn't be happier that we went with Reliance Roof Pros. Happy to provide referral over the phone if anyone wants. Don't go anywhere else for your roofing needs. We won't (but then again, we'll probably be dead before we need a new roof).
