He has great attention to detail, in making sure our vents were correctly sealed, and patiently answered our questions about how the encapsulation worked. Devaun also helped install our sump pump and did an awesome job! I was impressed by how quick that process was- I came down at one point and the pump was already installed, without a trace of dirt or debris behind in the basement! Completely satisfied!
