"Joe and his team did an incredible job! I can’t believe how great our backyard looks and how functional it is. In less than 1.5 days, Joe’s team removed rocks and other debris, extended our garden beds, planted 14 arborvitae trees, some lilac bushes, and a flowering dogwood tree. They set up our raised gardening area, laid a weed barrier, grass barrier and bark so it is beautiful and functional. They also removed a small pool and pavers and replaced with sod. They also laid a drip line that is easily controlled by our existing sprinkler system. Joe was super easy to work with and very accommodating. He understood my vision and had great suggestions for design. Would definitely work with Joe again!"

We saw the work that this company did on our neighbors property and we needed an irrigation system installed on our acreage- this company provided a professional quote and an in-depth explanation of what could be done before it started to snow. We agreed to the terms and the crew set to work. They arrived when they said they would and worked from sun up to sun down, even in harsh weather and temperatures. They do what they say that they will do and they communicate about what is going on. We have liked what they do so well and saw the work on their portfolio, that we've had them come back this winter and put in a rail on a deck in the garage after my husband suffered a stroke. "this company was a no show. I stayed home all day waiting, he called 5 minutes before he was to arrive and said he had gotten hung up on another job and would come about noon. At 130 having not shown up, i called and left a message. No response. Called Angi phone number. Now I'm struggling with not being able to know who the new company is, they are coming Monday, Angi has my money. I don't know if the replacement person will know what I want worked on in advance. Not happy about all this!"

"Horrible Customer Experience!!! Angi's doesn't allow enough characters to write a thorough review of this vendor so I will summarize. The customer service experience was atrocious. They don't record their calls for customer experience verification and/or training so it's your word versus the reps after they hang up on you and why. They take your money and don't resolve the issue. The customer service manager (who answers the phone without stating her name) says she will talk to the dispatch manager about scheduling you in for a follow up. You get a notification from your bank about a refund before that same customer service manager calls you back to let you know they are refunding the money and not helping you out. Even if they had the best techs in the world (which they don't), who wants to be treated like that, especially when you're paying them.?.? Be wary of the customer experience with this company."

"Install was done within 3 days of the bid. Their bid was lower than the other company that bid, plus we received $125 Angie's list discount. They did lose the original request for and estimate that I sent from Angie's list, but I called them a few days later and we set up a time for them to do the bid."
