They were here early, they were on time, they showed up everyday, they were courteous, they cleaned up every night before they left. When they started taking the old siding off they found exposed insulation. Rain was forecast for the next couple of days, so they stayed late to make sure the house was sealed and the insulation wouldn’t get wet. These young men do the job right."

"After we contacted some larger roofing companies and got nothing but high-pressure, rude salesmen, we got lucky and found Richard at Yeager Construction. He came right out and from the minute he stepped out of his truck I felt he was someone I could not only work with but trust and he did not disappoint. It helped us navigate the insurance company, answered all of our questions, and kept us updated with commutations, which was very important to use. We started this project due to a leak in my living in the first part of November 2024 the weeks that followed we had nothing but rain, but Richard kept a close eye on the weather, and on the first 3-day opening he was ready to get the job done. That just happened to be Thanksgiving Day. His crew showed up with smiles on their face and worked hard the whole day with no complaints. You wont be disappointed if you hire Richard from Yeager Construction."

We do not install Metal roofing, no Tile roofing, no Cedar shake. WINDOWS Replacement windows with a Lifetime warranty! Custom windows built for your home! ENTRY DOORS Entry doors only made by ProVia Amish craftsmanship. (front and back doors, French doors, sliding glass doors) We have awesome dog doors but for new install only. We cannot add them to an existing door. No interior doors. GUTTERS Full Steel/Aluminum seamless gutters and guards (guards can only go on 5k or 6k gutters that are in good shape) SIDING Siding: Composite, James Hardie, and vinyl with a 1 wall minimum
"Was supposed to be giving a free quote for a full gutter system. Their teq and salesmen Tyler originally measured the wrong house and had a downspout that would have dumped water across my driveway and walkway. Their was another section of gutter that exceeded 35 ft with only one downspout. They we're extremely pushy at getting me to sign a contract and take it down payment to secure a deal. My house wasn't painted and I was not ready for gutters and it was agreed upon both parties that I would contact them when I was ready to continue further with color and scheduling. After about a month and a second quote I decided to cancel my contract with now remodeling. I was informed that they would not be issuing a part of my down payment back even though they were only entitled to part of it via their contract. Tyler falsified claims about contacting the homeowner, scheduling an installation date, and work done on or for the property. Very disappointed with their response to canceling my contract and their customer service."
