He explained exactly what he was going to do and then properly installed the pump on a platform above the foundations of the house to avoid gravel breaking the pump. "They were originally called to unclog the kitchen sinks but noticed excessive calcium build up on our water heater valves. He came right away to unclog the drains and was back the next day to replace the valves (which were almost clogged completely). Very nice man and assistant. Cleaned up after the jobs. Highly recommend!"

"James H. responded immediately to our emergency situation! He repaired the septic system after discovering that the line between the septic tank and dry tank was almost completely clogged. He dug up the pipe and replaced it and also pumped out the septic tank for us. He worked in the pouring rain into the dark of night to restore a working septic system. Cannot say enough about him and his associates! Thank you, Jim!"
