He immediately diagnosed the problem as a burned out control and replaced it with a modern computerized digital control which looks like the entertainment center on my car. While he was at it he cleaned the electrodes and made sure the system was working properly. I have a service contract with Robison so there was no charge for the service call or the (very expensive) part. This is a first class company that really does provide great service.
