"The thermocouple wire on my Whirlpool water heater was worn out and Frank Sanchez came over on a Sunday morning (3/23/2025) to fix it. I bought a replacement thermocouple (approx $20) the day before from a local appliance parts dealer and Frank installed it. Cost to install the new thermocouple wire was $200. Frank was knowledgeable, competent and fast and I haven't had any more problems with the water heater since then. I'm a happy customer. Thank you Frank!!!"

Coils work to absorb heat into the refrigerant that flows through them, moving heat from one location to another. For air conditioning, the evaporator coil inside the air handler in your home absorbs heat. It then transfers the heat outside to the condenser coil, where it releases it.
