"My older Lennox air conditioner quit working on Thursday last afternoon. We spent a very uncomfortable night without any cool air. I called everyone i could and listed on Angi and Yelp. My unit quit like this previously and the problem was a capacitor. I tried to get someone to come out and check the capacitor because I felt it needed replacement again. Most return calls and messages wanted to send an estimator who all charge to tell you what they will charge for repair. I think that’s strange and unnecessary. I finally reached Otter Air who came by Friday afternoon and replaced the capacitor with no problems at a super low price. They saved us going through a hot weekend. As 100% Disabled Veteran with a wife who is recovering from hip surgery I really appreciate the help I received from this no nonsense company. I highly recommend."
