Fred Aziz is the owner (General Contractor ROC# 350558). Fred is personable, communicates well, timely (keeps his project schedule commitments), affordable, and, most importantly, produces top quality results. We were fortunate to find Fred after interviewing several contractors for a major renovation project on a home we recently purchased in Hassayampa. Fred is very â hands-on,â completing most of the work himself (i.e., very few, if any, subs). He frequently updates you on progress and seeks your input on materials and design considerations. Fred is relatively new to the Prescott area (having been here about one year), but he is not new to construction. He has years of experience, including running his own business in Thousand Oaks, CA. I canâ t think of anything Fred isnâ t capable of handling. He has a wide array of talents and skills. "Lester and Bernie did a beautiful job, they were thorough, meticulous and careful in a major spring clean up of my home/front & backyard, extensive tree & bush trimming, replacement of a unhealthy spruce tree to a more suitable one. Ted the manager is always hands on to make sure my home is going to look sparkling by sending such a diligent and competent team, I can always rely on them for the total landscape care of my home. They had done the initial landscape design four years ago followed by several patio/patio cover/ramada additions which completed a beautiful functional and creative outdoor living concept. We get such compliments from neighbors and friends. We could not ask for a better team for the job!"

Metal poles were sunk in cement at correct intervals and then bracketed to the wood. Rotting cedar planks were replaced where necessary. We are thrilled and so relieved! "This is a family-owned business that was once operated by parents(I think), but is now operated by their son, Blake. He is a young man, but was an amazing hard worker! I wanted two small sections of a wood fence replaced, including two gates. Blake worked diligently for two days to rebuild the fence sections that I am extremely happy with. As he was finishing those sections, I asked him if he would build and install a metal handrail on outdoor stairs in my backyard. He gladly said he would do that, and spent an extra day building and installing the handrail! I am very impressed with this company and the work performed. I highly recommend them for your fencing needs!"

"This project ran smoothly from beginning to end. Each day, Brian and Jason explained what they were going to do and before they left, they explained what they were going do the next day. A template was done for the bartop before it was removed. It took more time to do it this way but we were assured the new top would fit perfectly and it did. Everything in the room was covered to protect it from the dust. After the countertop was removed, the outlets had to be moved and they are qualified electricians. The flooring had to be removed in kitchen and living areas. It was a creaky floor and they assured us it wouldn’t creak anymore. There were some damp spots underneath the old flooring in the kitchen and I was called to let me know before they went any further to see what I wanted to do about the dampness. The flooring is in and there is no more creaking! 2,000 screws took care of that! The new baseboard is beautiful. It has been caulked and the nail holes filled in. The mitered cuts they made for each angle took extra time and it is perfection. Onto the newly framed, angled wall where the new fireplace was installed and they had to frame around the exhaust system to satisfy code regulation. I ordered a mantle online and the workmanship was so poor that I called them to pick it up. A mantle was special ordered by the contractor and he picked it up in Phoenix. It is a beautiful mantle and is exactly what we wanted. The stacked stone was laid which has to be exact from the beginning. Painstaking work all the way through because the stone is natural and not perfect. It is a beautiful wall now and they hung the mantle and the Samsung TV. Brian connected all the electronics to the TV. They are so knowledgeable about all facets of remodelling. No sub contractors are necessary. Every day before they left, they would spend the needed time to clean up and put their tools away. They are organised and professional and no one could have been easier to work with. Their work is meticulous and we will recommend them to all of our friends. Thank you, Brian and Jason!"
