The Closets By Design professional took a different approach to the project then other vendors providing slightly more storage. The back wall was used for the “double-hung” installation which freed up space to allow us to easily walk in to the closet. A custom closet is a luxury and can be an expensive proposition. The Closets by Design staff and installer were very punctual (very important to me) and professional throughout the process. The final product was worth the expense."

The team started exactly as promised and completed the job on time, and essentially on budget. The crew was very neat throughout the project. They abided by my building's rather strict rules. They had to break through the floor to replace it -- with none of us sure of what would be underneath. They did all of this carefully and without incident. The completed workmanship is great. I love how everything looks. Even after the project was complete, they returned to make a few adjustments. I loved working with them."
