"We Hired Jim to work on several jobs as our residence (1) Building Custom Shelving for basement storage where he constructed onsite durable shelving out of 3/4 in. Plywood well secured with pocket screws and perfectly level/plumb resulting in a durable and cost effective storage solution which he adjoined to the floor Joist overhead adding strategic strength and rigidity to the storage solution. (2) Replacement of tri-windows; Jim removed our cheaply installed builder grade vinyl tri-windows with independently framed in and secured Andersen replacement 400 series windows. In addition to the installation on the interior, Jim utilized Azek trim on the exterior (3) Custom Floor Cabinet w. Built in storage Cabinets â underneath the tri-window Jim replaced for us, he constructed a custom fitted an onsite built three drawer and doored floor cabinet that doubles as a bench. All the intricate details were deployed by Jim to keep my wife happy including durable hinges that can easily withstand the pressures of young children and slow close drawer slides (cabinet hardware). The drawers were inset so that he was able to build wainscot doors to cover them up (4) Shower replacement â Jim replaced our builder grade three piece direct to stud shower enclosure. He demoâÂÂd the entire thing neatly and then installed it with a beautiful custom shower tile we picked out full with etched glass sliding doors and sufficient shelving to keep the wife happy."
