"We selected Grasch Contracting to renovate our upstairs bathroom. Their bid was reasonable and transparent, which I appreciated. Tom explained exactly how the process would work, including the time frames. He met us and helped us select the materials we wanted. He was prompt in communicating with us, which has not always been my experience with other contractors I've worked with. His subs were prompt and attentive to detail. He was hands on throughout the process. He completed the project in reasonable time, never failed to show when he said he'd be there, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The best and most important part though, is the quality of work. We couldn't be happier with our bathroom. Here's the kicker. When we went to use the shower, we noticed there was an issue with the shower handle. I texted Tom at 6:30 pm. 30 minutes later he shows up at my door and fixes the issue. That level of customer service just doesn't exist much anymore. It's a comfort to know he stands behind his work. We've already discussed several other projects we'd like to complete. We really can't recommend them enough though."

"DDR did it again, About a year ago DDR did a covered patio for us and they did a great job so we decided to have them out for a bigger job. We had them do an addition on our home, we added a master suite with a bath and walk in closet, they also added a half bath for our pool area. All I can say is if you are having any work done on you home you don't need to look anywhere else because this company is awesome. The way they communicate is amazing. Our project manager Nate is the best, I truly feel that this job wouldn't of been so smooth if it wasn't for him. He communicates so well that you almost don't need to do anything because he is on top of everything. Nate and DDR took what is usually a stressful endeavor and had me at ease for the entire build. Their compact size means less demolition, simpler inspections, and fewer weather-related delays compared to a full-scale addition. Your contractor can provide a more precise timeline once they have determined the scope, materials, and permit schedule, but plan on having the extra square footage ready in approximately a month.
