Inside the house is the vaulted room that is very hot because of the sun in the later part of the day, also requiring you to wear sunglasses or risk falling in the house because of being blinded from the sun! They were very friendly over the phone and answered all my questions. They came out to measure, and within a week I had my solar screen. "Rep. checked entire system. He found several wires not connected properly and fixed this. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."
