Installed doors; replaced bath vanity with new plumbing; installed crown molding, wainscot, ceiling fan, dog door in wall, outdoor security lights, 200 foot x 6 foot cedar fence, chain link fence,; built backyard paver patio with 10x10 pergola in concrete; repaired sprinkler issues; electrical repairs; mounted outdoor flag poles; removed old wrought iron railing on porch. Poured a concrete step off porch. He helped transplant roses/garden plants from deceased uncleâ s home. Moved various items from said items to my home. Removed trash and debris from all projects as needed. Repaired lawn mower. I had other major projects planned as kitchen remodel and landscaping backyard. Sam is an industrious, insightful, and creative worker. He can think outside the box and offer ideas I had not considered. His work ethic is beyond reproach. For a long while he had a key to my home so he could work around the hours of his full time job and not need me to wait. Sam did work for both of my sonsâ property and a cousin to include electrical and plumbing work.
