"Marc identified and solved the problem of a very smart rat entering the building via a sewer vent line that was not obvious to us in the foundation very quickly. His baiting and traps (inside and out) ended the problem within 24 hours after setting them! He and his team were very thorough about locating and closing up any exit/entry points. Would highly recommend Marc's services. I plan to use him for non-toxic mosquito control in the garden in the spring/summer since this worked out so well. Professional, effective, punctual, reassuring!"

When mice returned later in the year, he came back, found one more hole that hadn't been plugged, re-baited and solved our problem again -- I'd like to say for good? -- for a $99 visit fee. I think the initial price was fairly comparable to other services, but the quality, reliability, and ease of re-contacting make us really appreciate this company."
