He explains every detail with you of what exactly they're going to do and gives a fair estimate, that beats out the competition by far. The crew that showed up to do the job was fantastic!! They even took the time to answer our 11 year old son's questions and spent time playing a little basketball with him once the roof was finished!! The guys were always checking in with us to assure that we had no unanswered concerns. They cleaned up our property beautifully when they were finished and asked if we were satisfied with their work. I can't say enough about how great this company truly is and what a pleasure it was to work with them! Superior truly IS superior!! THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING! And a shout out to Rob, the roofing foreman, who was so kind and willing to help us with anything we needed."

Lozier Environmental Consulting, Inc. is an accredited New York State Department of Health ELAP-certified laboratory that was originated in Rochester in 2002 for the analysis of airborne fibers, asbestos bulk materials, and microbiology of potable/non-potable water. Current specialty services include asbestos surveys, design, project/air monitoring, food production quality control analysis, mold investigations/sampling and analysis, indoor air quality for commercial, industrial, and residential sites, OSHA compliance/negative exposure assessments, lead paint surveys, microbiological water analysis, food and environmental swab analysis and particle analysis. As one of the fastest growing businesses in the region, they offer their residential and commercial clients Roofing, Siding, Windows, and other Home Improvement services. Graves is a nationally-recognized contractor that has been repeatedly named a Top 100 company in the region as well as one of the top 500 home improvement companies in the United States, annual Angie’s List certification holder, countless product certifications, and more. "The positive: Graves Brothers will provide a quote for PARTIAL Siding projects where most companies won't talk to you unless you need a FULL Siding project. The installation team was quick and did a nice job. The Cons: Deceptive Sales. Your Typical Residential Home Services contactor. I had a complete east side siding replacement quoted. There is a 24" "Jog wall" between the exterior garage wall and the living quarters wall. Their quote included photos that show this wall in one of the views. A second photo shows the entire length of the wall outlined that includes this jog wall, but they did not replace the siding on this wall. A conversation BEFORE the project work started questioned if I intended on having the wall replaced and it was agreed that it should have been part of the proposal. The installers DID NOT replace the siding on this wall. I asked for a simple $500 credit and was willing to settle for a $350 credit which was more than fair. The Salesman insisted that seeing the wall was not assigned a "wall number" therefore it was not included in their proposal. Graves Brothers displayed ZERO interest in coming to a mutual agreement on the discrepancy. Update 7/19/2024: After continued conversations, the Sales Rep finally conceded that after speaking with his installers, that the work WAS included in the initial estimate and should have been completed. I gave Graves Brothers the option of discounting the price or returning to finish the work. They chose to finish the work which is scheduled this week. IMO, Speaking to his installation team should have been done PRIOR to him taking a flat stance with me that they were right and I was wrong. Give Graves Brothers Home Improvements a 3-Star rating for (finally) doing what was right. The installation was done well and the installers were professional, courteous and cleaned up well. Just make sure you document all conversations and get them in writing up front."
