He treated me like I was his only client and genuinely acted like he owned the company. I got five quotes before starting this project. Price is always a factor when it comes to something as major as painting the entire exterior of your home. But from my first interaction with Paul and Claire, I had a feeling this company was different—and I was 100% right. Not only did they pressure wash and thoroughly prep the entire home, but they also used top-of-the-line Dunn-Edwards paint. To my surprise, their quote actually came in as the lowest of the five. "Steven and his team were amazing! Very efficient, and brought exactly what I wanted to do with a kitchen nook desk build in to life. They took extreme care in my home, and everything was left immaculate when finished. Their attention to detail was incredible, and all the finishes and quality were done at the highest standard."

"On the positive side, the job started and ended as expected, and the crew was always on time. John was easy to work with and was accommodating. I was a bit surprised that the painters asked me to open only the front corner windows. When I asked if they wanted me to open all the windows, I was met with a blank stare. So I’m not sure if the other window frames were painted. On the final day of the job, there were a number of areas requiring touch-up. One disappointment was that I paid extra to have a flagpole painted. I also asked John if they could put up a new rope. He said they could, but at the last minute, he said they couldn’t. So, I have to wonder if they actually painted the entire flagpole. Logically, if they painted the entire flagpole, they should have been able to string up the new rope. Having been a Customer Service manager for most of my working years, the first lesson in customer service is never over promise and under deliver."
