"Redman Construction is wonderful. We had some work done by them last summer and fall and it all went so well, that we had no other contractor in mind. The quality of work (on our 1774 home!) is excellent, the subcontractors arrive on time, are polite, professional and extremely neat, cleaning up at the end of every day. "These guys are the hardest working crew Ive ever seen. Showed up every day at 7am and stayed until 7-8pm every night! I cant say enough about their work ethic. Wladimir was great to work with right from the initial site visit, to the quote, and right up through the finished product. It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to projects. I have high expectations of how things are built and the final results. Id rather have quality work over saving a buck. I had multiple contractors out and narrowed them down and eventually chose WS Builders because of my interactions with Wlad right from the start. "Wayne was very professional from start to end and communication was excellent throughout the process. I had recently moved in and the stairs to our backyard was in terrible condition. From doing just a regular basic small deck, we quickly started to exchange ideas to do something bigger. I wanted a deck that would be weatherproof underneath so I could use the area under to either store stuffs or even dine in case of rain. Once the deck was done, I quickly realized that my head was close to the ceiling when I was standing under. He suggested that we dig a few feet lower to give me head space. We were able to add recessed lights and it looks so nice! Finally, he suggested that a pergola would be nicer then an awning. Indeed, we can use the pergola even during rain and windy days and at night by close the shades to prevent mosquitoes. He helped me with the installation of the pergola also which wasn't easy. The final result is stunning and we get so many praises from our friends!"
